WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW?

AUGUST 2026

I have been busy juggling all my writing – poetry, plays and narrative, as well as running workshops and linking up with other writers. There is quite a community here in Colchester and I am delighted to be a part of it all. Most recently I have been developing a play with the Graeae group at the Mercury theatre and have show cased some of this. It’s called Head in the Sand and I will be working on this later in the year. Meanwhile I am working on another monologue – Lost Down The Sofa – and there are plans for this next February. My book is on the way – watch this space.

Meanwhile, here’s the picture of me as I prepare to perform poetry at Colchester Pride.

Colchester Writenight

OCT 2021 -The Launch of the COLCHESTER WRITENIGHT Anthology was held in Colchester Library where I was pleased to do a reading of THE SKIES WILL OPEN.

Set in Maine in 1953, during the droughts, the blueberry farmers engage Reich and his cloud busting machine to save the day. Was this an early sign of global warming?
